Principals

John Trotter - Principal

Mr. Trotter was named Managing Director of Brockson Capital Advisors in 1999, promoted from the position of Director of Business Development in 1996.  His outside projects included Grafkon Overlays, Flexpoint Sensors Systems, Xymox Technologies, various financing of $250m, and M&A assignments plus various sales and marketing consulting projects.  John has 30 years of experience in acquisitions, mergers, and C-level positions.  John has a degree from Benedictine College, graduate work from Rockhurst University and an MM from Arizona State University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Arizona Manufacturers Council, MEMs National Board of Directors, ASU Alumni, U of A Parents Association Treasurer, and on the board of two manufacturing businesses.

Paul Krulisky – Director

Prior to BCA, Mr. Krulisky most recently was a practicing securities lawyer at Fennemore Craig law firm (1998-2011) and Snell & Wilmer law firm (1996-1997). He represented Fortune 500 companies, investment fund managers, high net worth individuals and start-ups through private placements via the sale of securities.  Prior to his legal work Paul was with Wells Fargo (FIB), Allstate, GE Capital (Heller Financial). He was past Board member of Invest Southwest Capital Conference, Arizona Angel investment Council, AZ Venture Capital Conference, the Taser Foundation, and the Arts & Business Council of Greater Phoenix.  He has a law degree from Temple University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Chris Whitson - Principal

Mr. Whitson is a partner in BCA na provides investment origination activities and over 28 years of operations expertise to BCA's consulting to its clients.  Chris has a solid background operating several manufacturing and distribution businesses including a start-up from one to eventually 150 employees in three years exceeding 15% per year  profitability for ten consecutive years.  He has provided an average of IRR (return) of 49% in the 100m of equity placed for our clients during the last three years.  Recently Mr. Whitson owned and operated WhitMark Corp. which was sold to a financial buyer of a manufacturing company as part of a nation industry consolidation strategy.  His consumer products, real-estate and manufacturing background facilitates BCA's organic growth oriented clients.  He received a BBA from University of New Mexico.
